REGISTRATION FORM

SPONSORSHIP FORM

The first Bluebonnet Youth Ranch Sporting Clay Shoot will be held on Saturday March 24, 2012 at the Friar-Thomas Ranch, Cuero, Texas. We hope you will join us in kicking off this great event and that this shoot will grow into one of the premiere charity shooting events in South Texas. It will allow individuals and families an opportunity to support a local charity while participating in a fun and challenging event

We expect over 100 shooters participating as well as numerous spectators and volunteers. More than 500 registration packets will be mailed to potential participants this year. Our goal is to have 10 shotguns to be up for grabs in the top male shooter, top female shooter and top junior shooter. The remainder of guns will be in a random drawing comprising of all participating shooters.

We hope that you will join in as well as invite your circle of friends, co-workers, and supervisors to participate also. There will be a course with 100 targets with 2 rotations, 8:00 am and 10:30 am respectively. Should another rotation be needed, it will begin at 1:00 pm.

The partnership with our generous sponsors and shooters will allow for continued growth and success of the shoot. Please take a moment to review the information outlining the levels of sponsorship.

We hope you will take this opportunity to be a part of this exciting ground-breaking event. Your support will not only help the youth ranch programs continue to grow but also help continue the legacy of exceptional education and development of youth throughout South Texas.

All event proceeds raised at this year’s shoot will be used for general operating expenses.

We are excited to meet you and begin to build a lasting relationship with this fun shoot as well as helping to blaze a new trail for BYR.

FORMAT

Shooters will participate in a course with 100 targets per rotation. Scoring is based on individual performance. The first rotation will begin at 8:00 am and the second rotation begins at 10:30 am. Each rotation will be a shotgun start with one group per station. Ten shotguns will be awarded during this event. Shotguns will be awarded to the top scoring male shooter, top scoring female shooter, and top scoring junior shooter. In addition, the remainder of the guns will be in a random drawing comprised solely of participating shooters.
