2012 San Antonio Hunters Extravaganza® Date
Dear Exhibitor-
I have some great news to share! I am happy to announce that the 2012 San Antonio Hunters Extravaganza will be moved to August 24-26...out of July and back in August, right where it belongs. We have been anxiously waiting for an opportunity to move the show back to August, and the opportunity has finally presented itself!
2012 Hunters Extravaganza Show Dates
August 3-5 – Houston – Reliant Center
August 17-19 – Fort Worth – Will Rogers Center
August 24-26 – San Antonio - Alamodome
If you are currently signed up for the San Antonio show and this new date does not work for your 2012 schedule, I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know if you need to cancel and I’ll take care of that for you immediately. If you have already turned in a contract for the San Antonio show, don’t worry about filling out a new one. The only thing that has changed on the contract is the San Antonio date.
If you haven’t participated in the San Antonio show before, or if you would like to give it a try, let me know and I’ll get you signed up! Spaces are already going fast, so contact me soon!
Finally, if you are planning on exhibiting and have not turned in your 2012 contract, I recommend doing so as soon as possible. The deadline to renew your same booth space was November 1st, so your booths could be gone! The updated 2012 contract is attached if you need it. Touch base with me and I’ll update you on what is still available.
